Delivery
UK delivery is free on every order.
We send orders by Royal Mail Tracked 24 or APC Overnight, depending on the size of your order. Royal Mail usually arrives in 1 to 2 working days and does not need a signature. APC delivers the next working day; the driver may ask for a signature or leave it in a safe place.
Dispatch times
Orders placed by 2pm Monday to Thursday are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2pm on Thursday, or on Friday to Sunday, are dispatched on Monday. UK bank holidays are not dispatch or delivery days.
Tracking
As soon as your order is dispatched we email you a tracking number. You can also see it in My Account > Orders.
Remote areas
Delivery to the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, the Channel Islands and BFPO addresses may take longer. We will contact you if extra postage applies before we send your order.
International orders
We ship worldwide. For help with international orders please email info@mytanlondon.co.uk.
Payment
We accept PayPal, and debit and credit cards through PayPal (you do not need a PayPal account to pay by card). Payments are processed securely by PayPal; we never see or store your full card details. All prices include VAT at 20%.
